Kara is an attorney, author, highly-rated motivational speaker, and business development coach with 15 years experience coaching women and facilitating group trainings. She is the CEO of the InPowerment Institute, LLC, an educational and empowerment platform geared towards delivering courses, training, and coaching services to students eager to create their best life.

Kara is also the founder and host of The Unfiltered with Kara Podcast, a podcast focused on empowering and equipping its listeners with tips, tools, tricks and insights to help them create full and happy lives. Kara Vaval is also a dynamic and influential figure in the legal and empowerment spheres. With a background in law and a passion for empowering women, she has emerged as a champion of resilience, authenticity, and success on one’s own terms.
